We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition specialist to strengthen our People² team.
In order to drive and support the growth and transformation of the company, the talent acquisition specialist attracts, hires and retains the right capacities and the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline. Therefore, he/she (pro)actively approaches the labor market in all the ways that are appropriate and needed to find the right candidates. The talent acquisition specialist takes a prominent place in our people journey, where our driver is ‘we take care of you from hi, to bye and beyond’. Matching the needs of the organization with the capacities of new joiners, setting the right expectations in both directions and thereby guaranteeing a delighted candidate experience is key to this role.
Managing full cycle recruitment processes
In partnership with and as a trusted advisor to the MEDIAGENIX tribe you anticipate recruitment needs and minimize future talent gaps by shaping roles, acting as strategic talent scout, innovator and effective networker in a very flexible, cocreating organization.
Starting from an analysis and good understanding of our business, our market (broadcast management and product software) and our competitors, you proactively approach and contact interesting profiles (using a great variety of channels) that show interest in and understanding of our product and the market we are working in.
You attend external industry-relevant events, engaging with future talent. You build a talent pipeline by developing innovative approaches with a mix of networking tools and social media, evaluation tools and fair processes.
Co-Designing recruitment strategy
You are eager to co-create with the recruitment crew the strategy, hiring plan, actions and follow-up and at the same time manage your vacancies and candidates in the end-to-end full recruitment cycle (using applicable tools, channels, …..) and onboarding process with the mindset of common sense and continuously improving our way of working.
You develop and guide the appropriate efficient onboarding. You develop the Training plan tailored to the position and the employee and you accompany the new employees during their first steps in the organization
You find ways to bring Mediagenix across as an attractive employer (employer branding) and you promote its reputation in the labor market, while informing about the opportunities at Mediagenix, demystifying the Mediagenix role and the broadcasting industry.
You update the recruitment dashboards and turn data into strategic reporting in order to follow up on relevant KPI’s on different levels. Drawing conclusions from those analytics will lead to taking steps for improving our approach and better alignment with the needs of the company and the expectations of our new talents.
Our wish list
An enthusiastic seasoned talent acquisition specialist with a Bachelor or Master degree, combined with minimal 5 years proven experience within recruitment (preferably IT profiles).
