The mission of this awesome tribe at MEDIAGENIX is to enable renowned public and commercial radio and TV stations, on-demand platforms, OTT streamers and telcos to bring content to the viewer with our broadcast management system called WHATS’ON.

Your challenge

  • By working together with the members of the Sales and Account Managers within MEDIAGENIX, you assure the Sales & Account Management team has the necessary pricing & licensing tools and RFP/RFI templates, best practices and supporting systems they need to engage with the various types of target buyers to win new deals and projects. Thanks to this, you also enable the business development team to become more scalable.
  • You facilitate the optimal cooperation of the Sales and Account Management team with the other circles of the organization, including Marketing, Go-to-Market, Product Management & Engineering, Operations and others.
  • You are driving, organizing and optimizing the bid management process that informs and brings together all internal stakeholders of the company for decision taking & approvals:  Product, Delivery, Customer Support and Legal. You assure MEDIAGENIX delivers bids that maximize our chances of winning the deal, while incorporating the interests of all involved internal parties.
  • You are coordinating, and where and whenever relevant, actively contributing to, the creation of commercial proposals, in cooperation with the Business Development managers, Sales Engineering, the Product Management team, Project Manager and other contributing members.
  • You assist in the sales management by performing win/loss analysis, pipeline management, profitability analysis, competitor analysis, optimizing customer journey, etc.
  • You assure accurate and timely pipeline reports, forecasts and other dashboards are available for sales management operations as well as for the leadership team, finance and the board of directors.
  • You are Project Manager of special projects and programs relating to our go-to-market, global business maturity and commercial aspects of our product management.  
  • You are business application manager of the CRM platform for sales management, working with the IT circle to assure optimal use and development of the CRM system.
  • You assure all relevant financial and commercial information, contracts and proposals are captured correctly in our ERP/Finance system (SAP ByDesign) and other systems.
  • You are member of the Business Development team of MEDIAGENIX and will report to the VP Business Development, and work in close partnership with the Managing Directors of the EMEA, APAC and Americas regions. 

Our wishlist

  • You are an experienced sales operations professional with multiple years of experience in supporting business development and sales management of highly complex large-scale business applications in a variety of customer organizations, preferably in the media industry.
  • You like to structure information, assure processes are in place and optimized, assuring a continuous improvement of the workflows, tools and supporting systems of our business development, sales and account management process.  
  • Your analytical skills make you stand out.
  • You are open to international travel (max 10%).
  • You are based in Belgium or would be willing to relocate to Belgium.  
  • Next to English, fluency in Dutch or French would be very helpful, but not a necessity.
