BeBanjo, part of MEDIAGENIX, is the reference non-linear scheduling system. It is well known for developing a software solution that allows some of the world's most successful media companies such as BBC Studios, ITV and WarnerMedia to create schedules and plans to manage workflows, rights and metadata simply and efficiently.

Your challenge

  • At BeBanjo, developers work in two independent teams: Project and Product. The Project team takes care of building custom integrations for our clients, while the Product team is responsible for maintaining and implementing new features for our core Products. We are currently hiring for the Projects team

  • These are some of challenges that you, together with the Projects team, work on:

  • You're using our own Ruby framework and build an integration to sync our client's data with third parties.
  • You're helping new customers on-boarding process by working on data migration plans, and workflow automations.
  • You're working with the Technical Account Managers on designing solutions for the specific customer demands. You decide on the technical details and estimate the expected effort.
  • You keep our components ecosystem at peak performance (i.e. stack up to date, review past design decisions, benchmark and profile, etc).

  • As a Projects team developer you should expect working with Ruby, MySQL, and several AWS services: SNS, SQS, AWS Lambda, and DynamoDB.

Our wish list

  • You have significant experience building digital products of any kind.
  • You understand the importance of having a solid test suite.
  • You have some experience with our stack: Ruby on Rails, Elasticsearch, MySQL, Vue.js, HotWire… 
  • We use AWS extensively. Any prior experience is considered a plus.
  • You live in Spain.

Our offer

  • Depending on your experience, the salary range for this position is €45 000 - €55 000 annually.
