The mission of this awesome tribe at MEDIAGENIX is to enable renowned public and commercial radio and TV stations, on-demand platforms, OTT streamers and telcos to bring content to the viewer with our broadcast management system called WHATS’ON.

In the Agile approach of MEDIAGENIX, you are part of the team that enables the customer to make optimum use of our broadcast management system WHATS’ON in the specific business environment of broadcasters, telcos and content providers.
As a change agent you are the individual who promotes and supports the transformation to a new system and who facilitates the change efforts. You will become tribe member of the Implementer community, in which ideas and best practices are valued and shared, and brought to the broader MEDIAGENIX organization as you are a bi-directional bridge between the Product teams and the Customer project teams in order to assure all new functionality is known by the Customer project teams, and all experiences gathered at customers is looped back to the Product roadmap.

Your challenge

  • After an extensive onboarding, during which you are trained in the business concepts of broadcasting and content supply and the functionality of our WHATS’ON broadcast management system, you become an expert in our solution.
  • You autonomously translate the customer’s workflow into a WHATS’ON workflow and configuration and you get our customers operational as quickly as possible.
  • You train existing and new customers. The aim is that the customers’ key users can guarantee internal first-line support, install, help configure and integrate our product and deal with all questions about the use of our software. At times you provide on-site assistance during the go-live period, trainings, eventually testing sessions and so on. 
  • During the project stage or during Product development, you might help test the solution, in order to understand what will be provided for the customer directly, or to the Customer project teams. 
  • Other aspects of the job are training MEDIAGENIX’ people, organizing master classes and remote interactive Q&A sessions with the clients, creating training videos and keeping all relevant information up to date by documenting meticulously. The ratio between your internal and external (customer visits) work can vary strongly depending on the number of customer projects in progress.

Our wishlist

  • 2 to 5 years of relevant working experience, in/with:
  • o   B2B customer support and/or application support, and/or;
  • o   media and/or product software knowledge, and/or;
  • o   Solution implementations, and/or;
  • o   System/Application configurations and administration; and/or;
  • o   Change management, and/or;
  • o   Internal/external trainer on large/broad software/applications, and/or;
  • o   Customer Service/Customer Success role

  • You have the proven ability to quickly and continuously learn new software, having technical skills is a benefit. You embrace flexibility, creativity and you have an openness to new ideas.
  • You master English, both spoken and written.  Any other languages such as French, Dutch or German are considered a big plus!
  • You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the courage to ask and answer difficult questions.
  • You excel at teaching and training.
  • You are willing and able to travel, some periods even up to 50% of your time.
  • You have a can-do attitude, you are result-oriented, resilient, thinking out of the box, aiming for the win-win and going the extra mile when needed.
  • Working Agile in a context of potentially biweekly changing scope comes natural to you
