Role overview
You are the face of Mediagenix across EMEA and APAC. You translate global marketing plans into regionally relevant events, documents, and campaign adaptations that elevate brand presence, generate demand, and empower sales success.
You bridge global marketing strategy and localized execution, bringing Mediagenix’s brand to life across diverse regions. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on delivery—planning events, localizing campaigns, managing PR, enabling sales, and building market intelligence. As being the first point of contact for many regional opportunities, you will represent the brand with professionalism, cultural sensitivity, and a deep understanding of the media and entertainment technology landscape.

Your Key responsibilities
- Regional Campaign & Event Execution
- Plan and execute regional events, trade shows, webinars, and customer interviews, ensuring alignment with Mediagenix’s global marketing objectives.
- Localize campaign materials in collaboration with Product Marketing
- Serve as first contact for trade show booth visitors or inbound leads—qualifying interest, capturing details, and organizing next steps with Sales.
- Source and adapt regional customer stories and references for marketing and sales enablement
- Public Relations & Communications
- Brief PR agencies and occasionally draft press releases, newsletters, and event follow-ups to keep audiences engaged and informed.
- Maintain brand consistency while adapting messaging to cultural and market-specific contexts.
- Sales Enablement & Internal Support
- Support internal Sales and Customer Success teams with localized sales enablement materials to accelerate deal cycles.
- Build and maintain updated market intelligence, including targets, prospects, and customer mapping.

Preferred Skills & Experience
- A relevant 3 years’ experience in B2B market and software industry business
- Fluent English speaker with strong copywriting and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong event management background with proven success in EMEA/APAC market activations.
- Cultural fluency and ability to adapt messaging, materials, and interactions for diverse EMEA audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to translate global marketing initiatives into locally impactful actions.
- Experience in lead qualification, customer engagement, and supporting partner-driven activities.
- Hands-on approach, able to manage both planning and execution across multiple priorities.
- Strong cross-functional and cross-regionalcollaborator
- Demonstrated diverse and inclusive interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills in a multi-region, matrixed environment
- Willingness to travel regionally for events and partner engagements.
