Your Challenges
- You lead the Innovation and Technology Adoption initiatives within the organization.
- You closely follow technological trends and identify possible efficiency improvements within the back-office processes.
- You participate in choosing the tool or solution that most effectively fulfils business needs
- Building and maintaining the interfaces between applications will be one of the key challenges of the role.
- You manage the internal applications and integrations of vendor solutions to ensure seamless operations.
- You assist the application acquisition process and vendor relationships.
- You ensure service levels, data consistency, and recovery objectives (RTO/RPO) are met across applications and ensure the application is compliant with infosec.
- You promote a culture of innovation within Mediagenix.
- You research and experiment with the possible role AI can play within the applications.
- The IT team in Brussels is there to provide support and mentoring. You have a strong collaboration with the team and maintain good communication.

- You are skilled in integration and migration of systems and applications.
- You are proficient in automation and scripting, ideally with Python, Power Automate or PowerShell.
- You are comfortable with data analysis and using insights to drive decisions.
- You challenge the status quo and collaborate effectively across business and technical teams.
- One of the key competences for this role is having a hands-on, detailed and solution-oriented approach. You are a pro at analyzing, documenting, and thinking outside of the box.
- You hold a graduate, master’s, or bachelor’s degree in IT system engineering or business engineering with a specialization in data analysis.
- You have 3 years of experience in IT and have been working with ETLs. Junior candidates are also welcome to apply
- You have a solid understanding of the application lifecycle and can effectively manage each phase while ensuring IT strategy supports evolving business needs.
- Knowledge of Power BI and Jira is a plus.
- You have excellent communication skills in English.
