Your challenge
- As Business Development Director, you’ll drive new client acquisition and revenue growth across Spanish-speaking markets in the US, Mexico, and Latin America, with a focus on Broadcast, FAST, OTT/DTC/VOD, and Telco sectors.
- Identify and open new market opportunities, working closely with the Business Development and SDR teams.
- Develop and manage relationships with channel partners across Mexico, Central, and South America.
- Leverage Mediagenix’s expertise and solutions to offer unique perspectives on channel management, content supply chain, and business strategies, positioning our platform as a growth enabler.
- Build and maintain tailored sales strategies, collaborating with pre-sales and solution architects to engage stakeholders and drive decisions.
- Lead the sales process from discovery to implementation, ensuring consistent revenue targets are met.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Customer Success, Tech, Legal, etc.) to ensure seamless client engagement and satisfaction.
- Partner with Customer Success Managers to create long-term account plans, fostering growth and customer satisfaction post-implementation.
- Regularly conduct account reviews to identify opportunities for deeper engagement and business expansion.

You’ll report to the MD Americas and be an integral part of the Mediagenix Americas sales team.
Your interest and skills
- You bring at least 5 years of experience in Media Industry and/or Broadcast Management, CMS, OTT, or similar solutions, with proven success in acquiring new business in Latin America.
- You excel at identifying new opportunities and developing leads.
- You are self-driven and have a strategic mindset with a strong focus on achieving targets.
- Closing high-value deals and navigating complex solution sales processes motivate you.
- You have excellent presentation and writing skills.
- You’re based in South Florida or Atlanta, you’re able to work regularly from the South Florida office.
- To top it all off, you’re fluent in Spanish, with strong English skills. Portuguese is a plus.
