The mission of this awesome tribe at MEDIAGENIX is to enable renowned public and commercial radio and TV stations, on-demand platforms, OTT streamers and telcos to bring content to the viewer with our broadcast management system called WHATS’ON.

Your mission, should you accept it, is to closely with our international strategic accounts worldwide such as Disney, Warner, RTL Group, Sky, BBC, TF1, Red Bull Media, ... Understand their business requirement and design the solution  that would allow them maximizing their revenue and profitability.

Your Challenge

  • You are a leading member of the MEDIAGENIX Sales team and you report to the CCO/Sales Director.
  • As such, your mission is to directly contribute to the Annual Growth and Sales Order Intake and/or Revenue Targets as well as the Sales KPIs as set by the Company’s Management, throughout your deep understanding of the Media Industry’s business and operational models.
  • You provide visionary leadership and you are able to present the long term Solutions and Services Strategy of the company to Prospects, Customers and Partners.
  • You develop trust within the customer organization through your empathy, expertise and coaching skills.
  • You are supporting the Account Managers in the definition of their respective multi-year strategic business plans to strengthen and develop the company footprint in the market.
  • You are coaching the Pre-Sales team and, together with the relevant Account Manager and the Sales Management, you define for each Opportunity the best Bid Strategy to win.
  • You are able to develop yourself a deep understanding of the business needs and actual situation of a prospect, articulate the benefits of our Products and Services and design high level architectures and workflows to fulfil their requirements and more.
  • You are leading the SOW part of the Bids, and you are the contact point for solutions partners, especially for the specifications of the integration of our Products and Solutions within customers eco-system.
  • When an Opportunity is closed, you are ensuring the hand-over from the Sales to the Delivery team from the products and workflows stand point, and you remain their contact to ensure the satisfaction of the prospect and the potential tuning of the workflows up to the end of the project.
  • You are leading and contributing yourself to the creation of documents, presentations, demos, … and other tools to enable and strengthen our Sales approach.
  • You are managing the POC, and other “Try & Buy”, Test and Sandbox processes, to ensure prospects satisfaction together with positive outcomes for the company.
  • From the content standpoint, you are leading Industry’s shows presentations and demos, as well as local and global Users Forums; you participate to various Customers conferences and seminars.
  • You share your knowledge and understanding with your peers, and you work in close cooperation with the Product Managers team, to explore and design new features and products evolution.
  • You work in close cooperation with the Marketing Communication team to make the most out of our Customers Success stories and to articulate the best promotion of our Products and Services.

  • You have several years’ experience as a professional in the Media industry, where you have built a solid know-how of industry’s business and operational models.
  • You are familiar with the translation of those business and operational requirements into solutions and workflows.
  • You know about the industry’s current transformation challenges, and you are used to support and help changes.
  • You’re skilled in business consulting and coaching and you are able to demonstrate visionary leadership with strong relationship building and communication skills.
  • You are an effective problem solver exposing analytical and creative thinking
