Senior Go-To-Market Manager

The mission of this awesome tribe at MEDIAGENIX is to enable renowned public and commercial radio and TV stations, on-demand platforms, OTT streamers and telcos to bring content to the viewer with our broadcast management system called WHATS’ON.

Your mission, should you accept it, is to orchestrate the Go-To-Market strategy of MEDIAGENIX by establishing concrete plans for increasing visibility, generating leads, and bringing new solutions to market.


  • As part of the MEDIAGENIX tribe you work together with the members of the Product, Marketing and Business Development teams within MEDIAGENIX to develop comprehensive plans, taking our solutions to market by developing the right mix of product packaging, price, channels and communication messages. 
  • You position our solutions within their competitive landscape in each market-segment, with a deep understanding of our competitive environment while being an evangelist of our unique selling proposition.
  • You establish the yearly Go-To-Market plan that best supports the sales objectives.
  • You develop targeted sales enablement solutions to support the sales team: * company presentations tailored by segments * ROI calculation tools enabling to position solution value and competitive separation elements.
  • You evaluate and propose the pricing strategy for new products and align overall pricing elements.
  • You establish plans for creating leads in the core segments we target. This includes developing the content approach for each segment: case studies, white papers and a growth hacking approach to lead generation.   
  • You are a sparring partner for the sales, account management and sales management team. This entails co-developing sales strategies and tactics aimed at improving sales productivity e.g. reviewing how the Go-To-Market solutions can make an impact at each step of the sales cycle.
  • You are a sparring partner for the product management department in order to prepare and orchestrate the successful launch of new solutions.
  • You are a member of the Product & Marketing team of MEDIAGENIX and report to the CPO. You work in close partnership with the Managing Directors of the regions. 


  • Relevant experience in the software industry of at least 5 years and having been in charge of driving lead generation plans.  
  • A good exposure to either or both product management and sales would be ideal in order to bring strategic thinking and turn it into compelling and impacting actions.  
  • Strong analytical capabilities to support your decisions and to create value based solution selling strategies. 
  • Exposure and understanding of the Media & Entertainment industry would be an additional strong plus.
  • Open to international travel.
  • Based in Belgium, willing to relocate or either open to travel on a regular basis to the Brussels office.
  • Next to English, fluency in Dutch or French would be very helpful, but not a necessity.
