International Strategic Account Manager

The mission of this awesome tribe at MEDIAGENIX is to enable renowned public and commercial radio and TV stations, on-demand platforms, OTT streamers and telcos to bring content to the viewer with our broadcast management system called WHATS’ON.

Your mission, should you accept it, is to continuously develop the partnership with our international strategic accounts headquartered in the United States including Disney, ViacomCBS, A+E, Warner Media, Discovery Communications and to maximize the value of the relationship for all parties, across the Americas, EMEA and APAC.


  • You develop multi-year strategic account plans with the goal of optimizing the long-term customer satisfaction as well as the continuous growth of our business within the customer organizations.  You present the plans, growth opportunities, strategic initiatives and product opportunities to the Executive Board on a quarterly basis.
  • With your exceptional business understanding and armed with MEDIAGENIX’ expertise from leading media groups from around the world and our marketing insights and tools, you are able to challenge your accounts on their channel management and overall business strategies and help them to maximize the value they can achieve with our WHATS’On platform.
  • You drive our internal project delivery and support organization to optimize their service to your accounts and work together closely with the project management team and Customer Service managers in our three regions.  You form a strong team with the Sales Engineers and Business Consultants to drive the growth and solutions at your accounts.
  • You organize regular account meetings with the various (inter)national departments of your accounts. You leverage such meetings to develop and establish a multi-level, multi-function network at the customer allowing you to detect opportunities for account penetration (more solutions) and development (larger foot print i.e. business units, countries, channels, …). You communicate with both operational users of our solutions as with C-level executives.
  • By working together with our product managers and CTO, you maximize the opportunities for our strategic accounts * to co-develop new solution applications * to participate in early adopter programs of our continuing product development programs and * to stimulate the uptake of new modules and applications by your accounts.
  • You manage the commercial and legal relationship with the customers, assisted by our company’s legal executive, VP Business Development and regional MD’s.   
  • You ensure the MEDIAGENIX senior executive team, including the CEO, is connected at the right level with the customers and you use their input and involvement whenever appropriate.  
  • You are a partner of the customer business representatives, project and  IT teams and their user community, able to provide solutions that are relevant to each of these groups.
  • You are a member of the MEDIAGENIX Business Development team and report to VP Business Development and work in close partnership with the Managing Directors of the EMEA, APAC and Americas regions.


  • You have a proven track record of at least 5 years in a similar role in complex Enterprise Software (such are ERP, CRM, …) or in Broadcast Management solutions.
  • Your experience provides you with the discipline required to think strategically about your clients as well as with the commitment to achieve clear targets.
  • You are inquisitive & consultative by nature and you love to learn and teach.
  • You are self-driven and you can demonstrate significant success in growing the business at customers in an international environment (Americas, Europe, Asia).
  • You are used to dealing with different time zones, languages and professional cultures.
  • You are fully able to negotiate complex proposals and you understand the complex process of solution selling and the discipline that comes with it.
  • You have excellent presentation and teaching skills as well as strong writing skills.
  • You live in the US. You are either based in Florida or you are willing to relocate to the Sunrise region / spend several days a month in the MEDIAGENIX Florida and Brussels offices.
  • Next to English, fluency in Spanish, Portuguese or other languages would be valuable.
