Stimulating and capturing their interest is where it all begins, and where you come in. In your continuing quest for more and better leads you will support and execute the lead generation strategy with multichannel campaigns. This includes planning, budget management and implementation, as well as monitoring the results against KPIs, analyzing what works and what doesn’t, adjusting and optimizing the campaign accordingly, and reporting.

As prospects enter the lead funnel, you will play a critical role in creating and nurturing their journey, planning and executing our marketing campaigns across all of our customer acquisition channels. This includes Social, Search (SEO and SEA), Account-Based Marketing, Retargeting and Remarketing.

Your challenge

  • Set up a lead generation strategy incl. lead scoring, lead nurturing to grow conversions and deliver Marketing Qualified Leads to the Sales colleagues through automated marketing flows.
  • Lead and implement digital campaigns across all channels: Social (Linkedin, Facebook), SEO, SEA (Google, Bing) to grow organic traffic to our website and landing pages
  • Set-up and implement strategies for Account-Based Marketing, Retargeting and Remarketing.
  • Perform day-to-day channel management including keyword research, ad copy testing, optimizations, budget management, and reporting.
  • Coordinate external agencies to ensure scaling of our campaigns.
  • Setup and manage email marketing campaigns using the CRM (Dynamics 365) and marketing automation tools (ClickDimensions, Hubspot).
  • Closely work with the copywriter/content marketer and creatives (in-house and external) in our content farm.
  • Produce metric-driven reporting with Google Analytics.

Our wishlist

  • 3 to 5 years of hands-on professional Digital Marketing experience.
  • A proven track record of managing successful Digital & Social campaigns (incl. SEA), understanding of acquisition channels, marketing touchpoints, lead tracking & scoring techniques.
  • You are a tech-savvy, hands-on marketer, who is focused on performance and consistent delivery of inbound leads.
  • Good knowledge of CRM (Dynamics 365), marketing automation tools (ClickDimensions, Hubspot), Google Tools (Adwords, Google Analytics) and Social channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, other).
  • Experience in account-based marketing as well as retargeting/remarketing.
  • Expertise in creating campaigns, managing budgets, analyzing reports, and drawing conclusions.
  • Digital Lead Generation experience in a B2B environment with complex software is a plus.
  • Ability to brief and manage the process of copy and design creation.
  • Working experience in international/global environments.
  • Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken. Other languages are a plus.
