Addition of Rights Out API

From this version on, it is possible to retrieve offer information from the Rights Out application using the Rights Out API.

It has calls to:

• retrieve limited information on all offers
• retrieve the details of a specific offer
• retrieve the payment terms of an offer
• get the details of a contact
• get the possible values of numerous drop-downs
