January 2010 : YLE, Finland

YLE takes v21 into production, including changes in the Pebble Beach Systems integration.

January 2010 : SBS, Belgium

SBS launches a new videoplayer integration, the MediaDRAIN Player of COMSOF.

WDR uprades to v21 of WHATS'On.

November 2009 : TVN Poland

TVN expands its VoD project. They can now schedule on-demand items and export them to UPC.

October 2009 : VRT, Belgium

The copyrights module (including SABAM communication) is being accepted on v21 of WHATS’On.

October 2009 : RTBF, Belgium

RTBF’s new playout system goes live on three channels , La Deux, La Sat and La Trios.  WHATS’On integrates with the SGT system using the BXF communication protocol.

September 2009 : NPB (Netherlands Public Broadcasting), The Netherlands

NPB, in cooperation with Technicolor, goes live with v21 of WHATS’On.

September 2009 : DR (Danish Radio), Denmark

DR goes into production with v20 of WHATS’On, together with all features concerning HD and DVB_Id calculation.

September 2009 : VMMa, Belgium

VMMa takes v21 of WHATS’On into production.

July 2009 : TVN, Poland

TVN Poland goes live with v21 of WHATS’On.

July 2009 : Bayerischer Rundfunk, Germany

BR went live with version 21 in July using the system more widely in their organisation.

June 2009 : MTV Networks, Northern Europe

MTV Networks goes live with v21 of WHATS'On and also starts using the traffic module of WHATS’On.

March 2009 : Orange (France Télécom), France

WHATS’On ‘s new On-Demand planning module is being used in production for scheduling Orange 24/24 vidéo.  WHATS’On allows Orange to manage more than 10 000 titles on PC and TV platforms.

March 2009 : VRT, Belgium

After taking v20 into production, VRT starts using the press module of WHATS’On for all press related activities.

February 2009 : SBS, Norway

SBS Norway integrates WHATS'On with Perspective - the commercial module of MSA Focus - on the channels TV Norge and FEM.

November 2008 : Orange (France Télécom), France

Orange launches Orange Cinéma Séries and uses WHATS’On for the scheduling, trailers, contracts, continuity, press, media management and the link with their on-demand channels.

November 2008 : MTV Networks, Northern Europe

After the implementation of the RCS integration , MTV now also goes live for all music channels.

September 2008: SBS, Finland

SBS Finland launches of a new channel on the SBS London playout: ViiSi. The implementation took only 5 months.

Augustus 2008 : RTBF, Belgium

RTBF Belgium uses the Budget Simulation module of WHATS'On to integrate with their existing financial infrastructure.

July 2008: MTV Networks, Northern Europe

MTV Networks North goes into production with WHATS'On v20 for all non-music channels.

May 2008 : YLE, Finland

The METRO system in which WHATS’On integrates via an ESB with a Blue Order asset management system went into production.

March 2008: SBS, Romania

The channel Prima TV goes live with WHATS'On.

September 2007: RTBF, Belgium

RTBF went into production in September which concluded the first phase of the use of WHATS'On at the public broadcaster.  This first phase covered the following fields: planning, continuity, promo's, contracts, press, media management and reporting.

September 2007: NRK, Norway

NRK started to use the interface between WHATS'On and the Opus Interchange from Omnibus in September.  The purpose of this interface is to communicate and synchronise clip information between the programme scheduling system and the MAM system of the NRK Programme Bank.

October 2006: SBS, Denmark

During the process of restyling their channels, SBS Denmark, switched to WHATS'On as the channel management solution. Highlights of this implementation are the multi-country operations (Denmark and UK), full automatic schedule changes reporting, automation integration with 2 different automations and an 'almost' out of the box installation.

September 2006: TG4, Ireland

TG4, the national Irish language TV station goes into production in September as scheduled. The highlight of this installation is the speed of implementation and the high degree of standard functionality.

December 2005: SBS Belgium

SBS Belgium operates two channels that focus on Flanders. Key features of this project are the short implementation time, the integration to the airtime sales system of Media-Line, integration with the SGT automation system and the implementation of the SOX compliance rules in the financial management. 

August 2005: IP TV in the Netherlands

The focus of this six week project was the advanced ingest workflow, the integration to the Pebble Beach transmission system and the tuning of the multichannel scheduling tools that allow to schedule 20 channels in a single screen.

September 2004: Publieke Omroep / NOS in the Netherlands

The unique structure of the Dutch public broadcasting landscape required 23 individual companies to have their systems integrated to the central scheduling infrastructure implemented with WHATS'On. A SOAP based architecture has enabled a seamless integration with all these different companies that are scattered all over Hilversum. The project also required full integration to the Blue Order digital asset management system and the new Colossus automation system of Omnibus.

April 2004: TVN Poland

TVN, Poland's leading commercial broadcaster, has migrated its operations (all 7 television channels) to WHATS'On. Key parts of the project are integration with the On Air automation system and the introduction of advanced break modelling tools that allow the seamless integration with TVN's internally developed airtime sales system.
