Management

In her role of Project Supervisor, she is a member of the many Steering Committees on customer projects, in which her 10 years of product knowledge and experience in customer relations can be put to good use. Dominique is also responsible for the realisation of the maintenance program.
Dominique has been active in the media sector since 1994. She joined OO Partners in 1995, started at MediaGeniX NG as analyst/developer and evolved to project management. Later on her tasks ranged from Support and Maintenance Management to Account Management and presales activities.
Before working in the broadcasting industry, Dominique worked as developer, analyst and project manager for VDO, one of the pioneer companies in Belgium on client server projects.
She holds a Master of Science degree from the University of Brussels (VUB)(1989).

Combing his sales skills and product knowledge gives Emmanuel a key role within MediaGeniX NG. His earlier experiences in development and analysis enable Emmanuel to also understand and contribute to the more technical discussions that are the cornerstone of most IT projects.
Emmanuel started his career at Cap Gemini developing knowledge based expert systems. He has been active in the broadcasting media sector since 1999.
Following a short time in product development, he worked as a Business Analyst and later as Project and Account manager at MediaGeniX NG. After a brief period at the media division of Real Software, he joined MediaGeniX NG early 2004.
Emmanuel holds Masters in Business Economics (1996) and Business Information Systems (1997) from the Brussels and Louvain universities.

Nele started working for MediaGeniX NG in 1999 as a support engineer. She now coordinates the team that supports and upgrades the existing WHATS'On installations. The combination of support and requirement analysis gives Nele a central role with the customers. The feedback from customers that Nele combines with the insight she has in the daily use of WHATS'On makes her input towards the maintenance program indispensable.
Nele holds a master degree in Commercial Science (1999)

Michel follows the evolution of the media sector and coordinates the Product Road Map of WHATS'On.  He remains in close contact with the customer base to assure that WHATS'On stays in sync with their needs and with the evolution of technology in the media sector.
Michel has been active in the media sector since 1993 and was involved with WHATS'On from its conception; initially from a development point of view and later from the business consultancy and product management side.  Originally he held these positions at OO Partners and MediaGeniX NG. Before working in the broadcast industry, he worked for three years as a developer on image compression techniques for use in a document management system.
Michel holds a Masters Degree in Computer Sciences from the Free University of Brussels (VUB) (1990)

As co-founder of MediaGeniX NG he handles Strategic Partnerships and Corporate Development and coordinates knowledge exchange and collaboration within the Deparco group.
Bruno is active in the international software sector since 1985 and held sales and management positions at Cullinet, IBM, Oracle, Trinzic, Platinum Technology and Ubizen.  Since 2000 he is Managing Director of Deparco and is involved in the creation and the management of the member companies of the Deparco Group.
Bruno received Master degrees in Control Engineering (1982), in Computer Science (1984) and in Business Administration (1985) at the Catholic University of Louvain.

In the MediaGeniX NG vision of providing media businesses with the best possible IT solution Gerrit unites those 2 worlds. Having experience in broadcast scheduling since 1997, combined with a premium IT education, he acts as a mediator and translator between users and developers while keeping a constant eye on quality and cost of the final solution.
Gerrit started as a developer on the WHATS'On product with OO Partners, later MediaGeniX NG. Over the time he held the following positions: Developer, Senior Developer, Software Architect, Lead Developer combined with Project Management, Senior Technical Architect and Business Consultant.
Gerrit graduated as a Master in Computer Science at the Brussels Free University (VUB) (1997). He also holds a certificate in Business Administration and a post graduate in Industrial Business Management from the EHSAL college.

He follows the latest evolutions in soft and hardware development as well as evolutions in development techniques. Investigating how new evolutions can be applied within MediaGeniX NG, and participating in the different projects that apply these new techniques is Stefaan's main focus. Combining the drive for new technology with the technology robustness that is required on live projects is Stefaan's main challenge.
Stefaan started as a developer on WHATS'On with OO Partners in 1995 , later MediaGeniX NG. Over the time his activities ranged from: Developer, Implementation responsible, Senior Developer, Software Architect and IT Manager.
Stefaan holds a Master in Industrial Science and Engineering from KIH Ostend (1990) and Masters Degree in Computer Sciences from the University of Gent (1992)
