Dirk Debraekeleer

CEO

Dirk began his career in 1983 at Dolmen Computer Applications where he exercised various technical, sales and management functions.

Up until recent he was as Chief Commercial Officer at RealDolmen, a major Belgian ICT solutions provider, responsible for the sales, business development and marketing. He holds a Master of Science in Astrophysics.

Johan Vanwelkenhuysen

COO

Johan has joined MediaGeniX as COO in September 2012. Over more than 20 years, he has built up an outstanding track record in successfully delivering strategic and transformation programs and in advancing organizations' capabilities to execute. Johan holds a Masters in Computer Science, a PhD in Knowledge Management and an Executive MBA.

Michel Beke

Product Director

Michel started in 1993 in the media sector as a developer on the product that is now WHATS'On. He evolved via analysis and business consultancy towards product director for MediaGeniX.

Before working in the broadcast industry, he worked on image compression for the use in document management systems. Michel holds a Master Degree in Computer Sciences.

Dominique Straetmans

Director Internal Services

Dominique has been active in the media sector since 1994. She joined OO Partners (which became MediaGeniX later on) in 1995, where her tasks evolved from analyst/developer to project/account management, Support and Maintenance management and presales activities.

Before working in the broadcasting industry, Dominique worked for VDO, one of the pioneer companies in Belgium on client server projects. She holds a Master of Applied Sciences and Engineering: Electro-Mechanical Engineering degree.

Emmanuel Müller

Business Development Director

Emmanuel started his career at Cap Gemini developing knowledge based expert systems. He has been active in the broadcasting media business since 1999. Following a short period in product development, he worked as a Business Analyst, Project and Account manager and since 2004 as Business Development Manager at MediaGeniX. Emmanuel holds Masters in Business Economics and Business Information Systems.

Mireille Coudron

HR Director

Mireille started her career as Competency Management Consultant at Quintessence Consulting. Later on she became HR Manager in ZNA, Belgium’s largest care provider. After leaving the hospital sector in 2010, she worked as HR consultant for Accenture and Katena for 2 years and evolved in 2013 to HR Director at MediaGeniX. Mireille holds a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology.
